100m run challenge

For the month of July there will be challenge of adding 100m each day to your run. Day 1 will be 100m and by day 31 you will be up to 3,100m by the end of the month. The goal is to the complete each run with out stopping but it is okay to walk if you need a break.

After each run feel free to hold your self and peers accountable by posting a photo tagging your friends using the hashtag #nela100mrun #justshowup


You run because it reduces your stress. You run because it helped you lose weight.  Running starts with the legs ,toning the calves, shins, hamstrings and quads. Traverse up hilly terrain and your glutes will reap the rewards, but running doesn’t just firm the lower body. In order to stay upright on the track, rely on your abdominal ,or core muscles.
