For the month of July there will be challenge of adding 100m each day to your run. Day 1 will be 100m and on day 31 you will be at 3,100m. The goal is to the complete each run with out stopping but it is okay to walk if you need a break.

You run because it reduces your stress. You run because it helped you lose weight. Running starts with the legs ,toning the calves, shins, hamstrings and quads. Traverse up hilly terrain and your glutes will reap the rewards, but running doesn’t just firm the lower body. In order to stay upright on the track, rely on your abdominal ,or core muscles.
