Designed to help provide structure in your daily routine. Kickstart your dietary habits with a challenge. Instead of making this years a once stop shop, we’ve decided to add options to help make sure this challenge will help meet your needs:
1) $149 Challenge – Pre-challenge meeting with coach, weekly emails, two individualized calorie calculations for you, access to FB group, along with communication with coach.
2) Weekly Team Workouts (3 team workouts – May 4, 11, and 18) at 9 am on Saturday’s
3) Add on option – $30 Goal Setting/session – Meet with Coach for 20 minute one on one goal setting session. One is included at the start, but we feel two/three meetings is the ideal number (middle and at the end to keep you focused on what’s next). Weekly meetings is also an option for athletes needed more structure.
