Have a chat with one of our coaches — you can probably do more than you think! All workouts are designed to be adjusted according to your ability. However, we do recommend that total beginners start with our Boot Camp classes, and progress to CrossFit classes if they desire. If there are too many obstacles to make group classes an option, our personal training program can help give you a kick-start.
