Even if you’ve tried other “High Intensity Training” or  “Boot Camp” style classes, you’ve never experienced our IGNITE program. We combine bodyweight exercises, cardio and light weight lifting into a program that’s as effective as it is fun. It’s non-competitive (no scorekeeping) — just do what you can in the allotted time. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned athletes looking to boost their endurance.

Each class starts with a STRETCH to warm you up, get you flexible, and wake up those muscles. Then, SWEAT to a custom daily workout that will keep you moving for around 24 minutes for optimal fat burn. Finally, we finish with a SHRED that will tone your abs, and get you beach-ready in no time!
