Have young ones at home? Don’t let them loaf on the couch! CrossFit Kids is a safe, supervised after-school program for ages 5-12. Using mostly body-weight and adjusting for age and ability, our coaches will teach them movement and technique that can lead to lifelong health benefits, as well as increased focus in the classroom.
They’ll learn new skills, and find themselves doing things they never thought they’d be able to. They’ll make new friends. And more importantly, they’ll have fun!
