Every membership includes expert coaching, progress tracking, and optional 3D movement assessments, recovery protocols, and quarterly goal check-ins to keep you progressing with purpose.💡

New to CrossFit or functional fitness? All new members must complete our Beginner Series (Nela 5) before joining group classes. This ensures that you build confidence, learn foundational movements, and start strong.
