Programmed with CrossFit-style movements, we’ve taken out the Olympic-lifting and advanced gymnastics movements so that any fitness level can join us in this 50-minute long class.
Generally there are no prescribed weights, so you can dial up or down the load as heavy or light as you need.
We realize some individuals participate in sports or activities where lifting heavy weights do not translate to their needs or others who may have prior injuries that just don’t allow them to do so.
We also realize there are many athletes no longer seeing results with their current Bootcamp, spin, or fitness class and want to try something new.
We’ve created Ignite keeping those ideas in mind.
Programs are designed to be all-levels and scream-free motivators.
For one hour every morning, our trainers will whip you into shape as you circulate between cardio and strength training. Any given workout might consist of push-ups, squats, lunges, running, or jump roping, as the coach will spare no method in the quest for fitness.

Our Ignite class is outside on Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat at 8:30 am and Tues/Thurs at 5:30 pm!

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
